Encourage

The DYLN network seeks to champion a culture of encouragement among youth leaders in our communities.  When you know your serving the Lord on a team of like-minded servants who share how God is moving ir inspires and provides new life.
 

Equip

Training and best practices are an ongoing need among leaders.  The DYLN network fosters to create lines of communication regarding best practices in youth ministry.
 

Resource

The culture in which youth leaders serve is rapidly changing.  It is the goal of the DYLN network to provide current resources as well as tried and true solutions to the challenges facing youth ministry as communities change.
